Please do not use this place. They sold me a car with bald tires on it after they “claim” to inspect them. I took it to Honda for a recall the same day I bought it. They said I needed tires. So I got a 2nd opinion at discount tire and the fronts measured at 1/32 and 3/32 YES 1/32 lol? I spent 36,000 on a Honda Passport just to spend more on new tires now. Manager claimed there was nothing they could do and also had no proof they ever inspected the car. Please do not use or trust this place another normal dealer would have corrected their error a day after they just sold a $30,000 car. Honestly I seen it’s not even legal to sell a car in Tennessee with under 2/32 in tires but they somehow did. Also to top it off they gave me $16,000 for my trade with (Good Tires) and listed it for $20,500 the next day plus a $899 doc fee. So they are making over 5k off my trade. Is this the kind of people you want to do business with?

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! This is the worse auto repair facility I have ever been to. They are dishonest and only care about getting as much money from you as they can. I went in with a check engine light problem on my 2021 Ram that I had bought from them. I had already gotten the code and told Gary the "advisor" it was either a bad oil filter to the sensor. He said it would cost me $200 to find out. I also told him I found a coupon online for free diagnostics. He said that was a different kind of diagnostics and would not cover the $200 fee. He then cam back to tell me he looked it up and it was probably the oil filter - which I had already told him. Not only did he charge me $215 for that brilliance they also add a bogus 15% "shop supplies" fee to everything they do. This was not disclosed until I questioned the final bill. Unethical, dishonest and just plain bad business. I left a review on their FB page in March, manager said he would like to help. I left my contact information twice, nothing.

I purchased a 2024 RAM 1500 Laramie from Lenoir City CDJR. I also their purchased suggested maintenance agreement (good at any CDJR dealer). After receiving an ABS brake recall letter, I called their service department and was told they could not perform the recall repair and "I should find another dealer". I took the truck to the dealership to verify they were actually telling me they could NOT service the recall. Sure enough, I received the same information with no explanation. (The recall is just a computer download, and they would not repair it.) Now very upset...I went to L&M CDJR in Athens TN, and was told they would not honor the maintenance agreement. "It is too much trouble." Luckily I called Crown CDJR, in Cleveland TN. The young lady in the service department told me, " Sure we honor the maintenance agreement, and they could absolutely perform the recall download. It only takes about 30 minutes and we do them all the time. A couple of days later I took the truck to Crown. The recall was performed and everyone there was super-efficient. Even though Crown is about an hour from my home, I will be taking my truck there for all maintenance and repairs. I will NOT be returning to Lenoir City CDJR or L&M... EVER.

I have nothing but good things to say about this dealer. I worked with Chris Houghton and with Brian, the genl. mgr. They explained in a very straightforward, transparent way what they needed out of the vehicle I was interested in, and I laid out my needs, and we quickly negotiated a deal that we both felt good about. No nonsense. They were also helpful in getting this van over to Dependable Auto to be checked. Now, Dependable is located very close to LC Chrysler Dodge, and sometimes it seems that a dealer will have a "special relationship" with a nearby mechanic; but the way Chris Houghton steered me to Dependable felt completely honest, and that's how things worked out: Dependable did a very thorough job of going over the van, and they didn't find anything significant that Chris hadn't mentioned. Given our pretty sketchy experiences with a few Atlanta-area dealers as we were shopping for this vehicle, I would say that if you're in the North Georgia area, it would be worth your while to head north to this obviously honest dealer in Lenoir City, half an hour south of Knoxville. And hey, ask for Chris -- good guy and has his stuff together.

The dealership manager is was one of the most professional, honest and easy to deal with business person I know.. I believe his values are permitting throughout the dealership. Went looking for a Jeep couldn’t agree on a payment no big deal but when the salesman gets mad and said I reckon you need to find a cheaper vehicle and threw my trade’s appraisal on the desk I took it and went to Jim cogdill and got the same jeep with a cheaper payment and was treated like family

Last December we bought a brand new car from them. 10,000 miles later we are buying new tires. They took the new tires off and put used ones on a brand new car. When we were leaving the dealership we had to get them to put air in our tires, I know why now.

This was our 2nd vehicle we have purchased recently and Jorge De La Rosa has been our dealer. He is a true professional and he knows his vehicles.
